Regular Meeting Called to Order at 5pm on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.

General Manager Report:

• The Boom Truck has been awarded to the highest bidder. Congratulations!
• Our team continues to make steady progress on the Tank Replacement Project. Contractors, engineers, and GSD staff are working through remaining challenges, and once the new system is in place, it should make daily operations easier for the operators. 
• The Budget for 2026-2027 has been approved by the Board Members.
•  With warmer weather and lower river levels, drought planning has begun. GSD will keep the Board and our customers updated on conservation needs.
• GSD is reviewing potential changes to our telecommunication system. Determining whether a new system would improve efficiency and reduce costs.
